What you will do
- Triage and evaluate research integrity cases across journals and books.
- Oversee and quality-check investigations managed by third-party partners.
- Utilize investigative tools to validate research integrity concerns.
- Review and approve editorial actions, including retractions, based on governance standards.
- Lead operational reviews with partners to provide feedback and align on expectations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or time-sensitive cases.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Research Integrity Adviser or equivalent role.
- Graduate level education in STEM or HSS.
- Knowledge of academic publishing industry processes and systems.
- Familiarity with publication ethics, research integrity issues, and copyright law.
- Experience with plagiarism software and research integrity tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Dordrecht.
