What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement activities in collaboration with contract manufacturers.
• Participate in concept studies and early-stage projects to optimize product manufacturing solutions.
• Guide and steer manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Support the preparation of manufacturing technologies for new products.
• Provide third-line support to product specialists and aftermarket teams.
• Conduct internal and external training on quality processes and instructions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a production environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Expertise in quality methods including PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to document instructions and processes.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing sites approximately 25 days per year.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection moulding, sheet metal, die casting, powder coating, PCBA, and final assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Certified ISO auditor.
