What you will do

• Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including geo-based and holdout incrementality testing.
• Develop and calibrate Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to provide strategic budget allocation recommendations for leadership.
• Build sophisticated statistical models for LTV prediction, churn scoring, and audience segmentation.
• Architect and govern the marketing data layer using SQL and dbt to ensure high data quality and standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to align marketing efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV, Payback Period) with company reporting.
• Implement and guide the use of AI tools to accelerate and automate analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar data science or decision science role.
• Legal right to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in MMM, incrementality testing frameworks, and causal inference techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and production-quality code.
• Proven experience architecting scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
• Track record of mentoring analysts and translating complex technical findings for senior stakeholders.
