Location: Onsite in Da Nang (Vietnam), Montreal (Canada), or Saint-Mandé (France).

• Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of programmers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Spearhead the design and development of game architecture and core systems.
• Collaborate with project leadership to define roadmaps, priorities, and technical direction.
• Identify development risks and provide solutions for complex technical problems.
• Foster a healthy, collaborative environment across different programming groups and studios.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional development experience in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience shipping at least one title using the Anvil engine.
• Proficiency in C++ and solid knowledge of C# or Java.
• Strong understanding of multi-threaded principles and system optimization.
• Ability to work efficiently with large, existing code bases.
• English: C1 proficiency required; Vietnamese is considered a plus.

• Experience with Open World or Online game titles.
• Strong background in refactoring legacy systems.
