What you will do

• Manage qualitative and mixed methods data collection, cleaning, and analysis, including interviews and coding.
• Synthesize research findings into high-impact reports, blogs, and briefings for non-academic audiences.
• Support research projects focused on AI in schools, district innovation, and education leadership.
• Lead the writing process for research products that balance academic respectability with policy significance.
• Coordinate research project management by developing work plans and managing timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a relevant research field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tempe, Arizona (hybrid options subject to approval).
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing qualitative or mixed-method research independently.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to a specific organizational style.
• Experience analyzing evidence to draw conclusions relevant to current policy debates.
