Salary: $92,000–$113,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead or contribute to the design and execution of rigorous research and evaluation projects.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to collect, manage, and interpret educational data.
- Communicate research findings in creative and accessible ways to diverse stakeholders.
- Manage project components, including planning timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Mentor junior staff through training and modeling research best practices.
- Engage with clients and partners through briefings and field activities.
Requirements
- PhD in a related field or Master’s degree with 4+ years of applied research experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
- Demonstrated experience designing and conducting research or evaluation studies.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, Stata, or Python.
- Knowledge of education policies and programs at federal, state, or local levels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NVivo or Dedoose for qualitative analysis.
- Interest in the role of AI and emerging technologies in educational settings.
