What you will do

• Develop high-performance, testable, and maintainable code for new features.
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for complex technical tasks.
• Contribute to monitoring and improving overall application stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) in server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal, SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI).
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and messaging services like NATS.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices including unit testing and code reviews.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of observability tools: Grafana, Tempo, Loki, OTEL, and Prometheus.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
