What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop bold, campaign-led creative ideas for TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Write compelling, platform-native copy that enhances big ideas and drives engagement.
• Manage always-on TikTok work from ideation to scripting, ensuring content is reactive and on-brand.
• Interpret client briefs and brand guidelines to create breakthrough creative work.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Strategists, and the in-house Studio to bring ideas to life.
• Present creative work and pitches confidently to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a social-first agency delivering creative across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and emerging formats.
• Exceptional copywriting and conceptual storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and balance tight deadlines with high standards.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid office model (3 days onsite).
