What you will do

• Monitor CHAMP compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws, including policies, procedures, audits, and awareness/training.
• Advise management, product teams, IT, and other stakeholders on data protection obligations, privacy risks, and regulatory developments.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), including risk mitigation activities.
• Maintain the Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) for completeness and accuracy.
• Support the DPO with regulatory queries, inspections, investigations, and privacy-related customer inquiries/complaints.
• Help embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default in new projects, technologies, products, and services; support vendor risk management and privacy clauses in third-party contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, IT audit, risk management, or a comparable compliance role in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and global privacy frameworks; exposure to EU supervisory authorities is an asset.
• Experience supporting privacy risk assessments and internal control frameworks.
• Familiarity with privacy management tools (OneTrust or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
