What you will do

• Act as a tactical risk reducer by advising team members on functional and cross-functional risks.
• Embed core QA activities including exploratory testing, shift-left, and collaborative shared responsibility.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical implementations to improve product quality.
• Advocate for stability, reliability, and efficiency in automated delivery pipelines.
• Coach teams on cross-functional requirements such as security, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with the global QA community to share knowledge and drive discipline-wide improvements.

Requirements

• Experience leading QA strategy in teams of 5+ people.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and microservices.
• Expertise in cross-functional requirements like security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills in English.
• Experience working in iterative software development environments.
• Ability to influence and coach cross-functional teams on risk reduction.

• Ability to read and understand code to facilitate technical discussions with developers.
