What you will do

• Execute purchasing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and products.
• Design and implement effective local sourcing plans for materials to meet business targets.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure delivery and sustainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing units and Agile Teams.
• Deliver and participate in training programs to foster professional development and compliance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to independently drive sourcing activities and deliver results.
• Strong capability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vaesteras, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic sourcing.
• Expertise in electronics sourcing (components, EMS, electromechanical) or global supplier management.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
