Oracle HCM Specialist & Test Lead (ERP)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland. Listed location: Wroclaw, Lower Silesian, Poland.

What you will do

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on Oracle Learning, including catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles.
• Upload and validate SCORM packages, manage catalogue taxonomy, and ensure accurate training assignment and visibility.
• Design and develop approximately 20–30 reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, while maintaining reporting and data-governance documentation.
• Prepare, cleanse, transform, migrate, validate, and reconcile data using HDL/HSDL.
• Define testing strategies, prepare test scenarios and scripts, coordinate SIT and UAT, and execute regression testing and retesting.
• Manage defects, report test progress, support sign-off and go-live readiness, and assist with cutover and hypercare activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably Oracle Learning, including configuration of catalogues, enrolment, workflows, and learning processes.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI or BI Publisher reporting and HDL-based data migration.
• Experience defining test strategies, preparing and executing test cases, coordinating SIT/UAT, managing defect lifecycles, and validating end-to-end business processes.
• Understanding of employee and non-worker lifecycles, HCM business flows, data quality, and testing governance.
• Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in Poland.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures.
• SCORM troubleshooting, Fast Formula, or HCM Extract experience.
• Experience with global or multi-country HCM projects and integration dependencies.
