What you will do

  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Oracle Learning, catalogues, and workflows.
  • Design and develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Perform data migration and cleansing using HDL/HSDL tools.
  • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including SIT and UAT scenarios.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, from logging and tracking to resolution and re-testing.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to validate data flows and system mappings.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Learning configuration.
  • Proven expertise in test strategy definition, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL data migration.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage defect lifecycles and perform regression testing.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycles and business process flows.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML.
  • Experience with SCORM troubleshooting and HCM Extracts.
  • Background in global or multi-country HCM implementation projects.
