Consumer Marketing Intern (Young Professional Programme - 12 month contract)

What you will do

• Support the Personal Work Solutions team with go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and business planning.
• Attend weekly meetings and help execute key marketing projects.
• Manage marketing data and help ensure its accuracy and quality.
• Conduct analysis and identify trends to support marketing decisions.
• Assist with strategic partnership deliverables across educational, advertising, B2B, retail, and technology sectors.
• Provide project support for sales and marketing teams across etail and retail channels.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a full-time Bachelor's degree or in a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong organization, curiosity, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Solution-driven approach and willingness to learn.
