What you will do

• Develop and enhance serving components supporting generative AI and classical AI models.
• Drive performance optimization and troubleshooting for high-concurrency and scalable workloads.
• Integrate serving solutions with high-level AI applications and frameworks.
• Design and build agentic solutions to improve automation and system hirify.globalligence.
• Implement generative algorithms to support emerging AI use cases.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML systems, including model deployment and serving architectures.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming.
• Proven ability to optimize performance in distributed and high-load environments.
• Experience developing production-ready applications focused on reliability and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical major.
• English: Fluency required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gdansk, Poland
