Location: Based in Hove, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision and backlog to support strategic priorities.
  • Design and deliver customer-centric digital journeys that facilitate informed financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with technology, digital, insights, and marketing teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate feature performance and business outcomes.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are clearly understood by the delivery team.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and translate research insights into product opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team.
  • Strong understanding of digital journey design and multi-channel customer experiences.
  • Ability to influence effectively within a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and using customer insights for design.
  • Commercial awareness with experience building business cases.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation, CDPs, or CRM integrations.
  • Background in financial services or workplace savings products.
