What you will do

• Design and optimize a quality-assurance system and metrics framework for engineering organizations without dedicated QA.
• Build and ship AI-driven capabilities including test generation, code review, and fault diagnosis.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and establish productivity metrics to shorten cycles and reduce quality costs.
• Evolve engineering infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, test-environment governance, and automated platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and influence cross-team initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in backend development.
• Expertise in Java (Spring, microservices) or other mainstream languages like Go, C++, or Rust.
• Practical experience in AI engineering, specifically with AI agent application development and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with payments and financial business logic, including clearing and settlement.
• Proven ability to design and build business systems independently with experience in K8s and CI/CD.
• Strong English proficiency for cross-timezone collaboration and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain business and AI infrastructure.
• Track record of contributions in the quality/productivity space such as open-source tools or patents.
