What you will do
- Analyze Visa and Mastercard fee structures to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.
- Monitor pricing updates and regulatory changes to assess their financial impact on the business.
- Improve the accuracy of scheme fee calculations and merchant allocation methodologies.
- Standardize and enhance regulatory reporting processes for new and existing products.
- Prepare comprehensive financial data for internal and external audits.
- Strengthen financial controls in close partnership with Compliance and Product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Audit.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in financial controlling, analysis, or reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Proactive approach to using AI tools for process automation and efficiency.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in payments, acquiring, or the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- ACCA, CFA, or CIMA certification (completed or in progress).
