TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Web3): Driving liquidity and institutional adoption for DreamDEX and the hirify.global L1 ecosystem with an accent on market maker partnerships, institutional client acquisition, and exchange integration. Focus on sourcing, structuring, and closing high-impact deals that directly increase TVL, trading volume, and market depth.

Location: Remote (Must be based in a UK-friendly timezone, +/- 4 hours)

What you will do

  • Manage the full market maker pipeline, from sourcing and pitching to negotiating complex liquidity and fee arrangements.
  • Build and activate an institutional pipeline including trading firms, funds, family offices, and OTC desks.
  • Secure integrations with major spot and cross-chain aggregators to drive flow and volume.
  • Close liquidity deals with institutional LPs, protocol treasuries, and vault operators to grow TVL.
  • Represent the platform at industry conferences and high-level institutional meetings.
  • Provide market intelligence to the product team to help shape the roadmap based on institutional needs.

Requirements

  • Proven business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX, or spot DEX).
  • Established network across crypto or TradFi institutions (trading firms, market makers, prime brokers).
  • Demonstrable track record of closing deals that impacted volume, liquidity, or TVL.
  • Deep understanding of exchange mechanics, including order books, spreads, margin, and MM economics.
  • Ability to manage a full deal cycle independently, from sourcing to post-signature relationship management.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment, selling a product roadmap alongside the current offering.

Nice to have

  • TradFi background in prime brokerage or institutional sales.
  • Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, or custodians.
  • Experience solving the cold-start problem for new trading venues.
  • Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals.
  • Working knowledge of DeFi protocols, vaults, and stablecoins.
