What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy for the Turkish market.
• Identify and engage high-net-worth (HNW) clients and professional traders across Türkiye.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with local influencers and KOLs for user acquisition.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities and events relevant to the local market.
• Analyze affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimize performance through data segmentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, or FX with a track record of building large affiliate networks.
• Strong existing connections with HNW clients and professional traders in Türkiye.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English and Turkish are mandatory.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Türkiye to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working at a crypto exchange.
• Familiarity with Turkish financial regulations and the local crypto landscape.
