Blockchain Business Growth Specialist (Web3)

What you will do

• Identify and develop partnerships with crypto communities, blockchain projects, and investment networks.
• Design and execute growth strategies to attract users, investors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and community programs.
• Build relationships with exchanges, wallets, and payment providers to improve ecosystem integration.
• Research DeFi, tokenization, and real-world asset trends to identify business opportunities.
• Represent the platform at blockchain events, conferences, and online forums while tracking growth KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 ecosystems, tokenization models, and crypto user behavior.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach, with comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Fluent English required.
