What you will do

• Process customer purchase orders, prepare quotations, and manage sales order workflows through to delivery.
• Coordinate shipments, courier dispatch, and delivery arrangements with external logistics partners.
• Perform hands-on warehouse activities, including packing and cartridge handling.
• Maintain accurate operational records and data within the ERP system.
• Support commercial activities such as academic conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Provide general office administration and supplies management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Proficiency in working with ERP systems and business software platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Good English communication skills (required for ERP operation and international collaboration).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bundang-gu.
• Flexible and hands-on approach to both office and warehouse tasks.
