What you will do
- Manage customer order intake and support end-to-end order processing to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain high order accuracy and take ownership of daily customer solution operations.
- Provide professional support to internal and external customers regarding urgent orders and backorders.
- Monitor electronic orders, customer queries, and credits in line with established processes.
- Process and report business data from ERP systems, including master databases and historical reports.
- Proactively recommend process improvements to the Customer Solution Manager.
Requirements
- University degree (4 years) required.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
- Strong customer-service mindset and effective communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of UDI-related work.
