TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote options available).

What you will do

  • Manage customer order intake and support end-to-end order processing to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain high order accuracy and take ownership of daily customer solution operations.
  • Provide professional support to internal and external customers regarding urgent orders and backorders.
  • Monitor electronic orders, customer queries, and credits in line with established processes.
  • Process and report business data from ERP systems, including master databases and historical reports.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements to the Customer Solution Manager.

Requirements

  • University degree (4 years) required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and effective communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of UDI-related work.
