What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade D365 F&O logistics modules, including warehouse, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Perform business and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and document solutions for stakeholders.
• Train users and provide technical support to approximately 350 users.
• Collaborate with developers to write detailed technical designs and provide effort estimations.
• Contribute to full-lifecycle D365 F&O roll-out projects, involving occasional travel to Africa.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including API guides, system diagrams, and user manuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Logistics Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven track record of participating in D365 F&O or Axapta roll-out projects.
• Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to produce complex technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Technical background in SQL, Power Platform, and BI systems like PowerBI.
• Certifications in project management methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Confluence.
• Proficiency in French.
