Junior Tester

TL;DR

Junior Tester (QA): Assisting in the evaluation and testing of applications to ensure compliance with requirements and standards with an accent on test case execution and integration testing. Focus on documenting issues, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting the improvement of testing processes within a collaborative environment.

Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Assist in evaluating and testing applications to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.
• Specify, prepare, and execute logical test cases while assessing results.
• Perform integration testing to validate interactions between application components.
• Identify, document, and report testing issues according to established procedures.
• Produce and maintain technical and testing-related documentation.
• Support the assessment and improvement of testing processes, practices, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent experience.
• Good technical knowledge of software testing and information technologies.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and testing methodologies.
• English and French proficiency: at least B2 in one and B1 in the other.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.
