What you will do

• Implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs throughout construction phases.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction work, materials, and installations.
• Review and approve construction submittals, shop drawings, and material certifications.
• Coordinate quality control testing for electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.
• Document non-conformances, track corrective actions, and verify remedial work.
• Facilitate quality audits with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian/European construction standards and building codes.
• Experience with quality management systems and construction quality control procedures.
• English proficiency required; Dutch or French skills are advantageous.
• Professional certifications in quality assurance or construction management.
• Familiarity with data center commissioning and critical system testing.
