What you will do

• Perform comprehensive testing and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products primarily in France.
• Oversee data outputs and manage final deliveries to clients.
• Communicate with clients and provide support during calls and meetings in French.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve products and introduce new measurement technologies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for quality and monitoring inquiries.
• Document and maintain all quality assurance procedures and processes.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• French: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Location: Must be based in France, Belgium, or Montenegro
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
