What you will do
- Design and own a scalable quality strategy for accelerated software delivery.
- Monitor quality health using meaningful metrics and govern compliant release management processes.
- Actively explore and evaluate AI support for quality work, including generating test cases and deploying autonomous agents.
- Challenge designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria early and often from a quality perspective.
- Communicate quality status, risks, and strategy clearly to all stakeholders.
- Influence, coach, and guide teams toward better practices to ensure quality is everyone's responsibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Track record of shaping quality processes.
- Excellent communicator that knows how to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
- Understand the importance of alignment to achieve progress.
- Genuine curiosity about AI's role in software engineering.
