What you will do

• Oversee quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners’ capital account statement issuance.
• Review and sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis and investor allocation files.
• Monitor fund compliance with partnership operating agreement terms.
• Oversee the preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to drive process automation and efficiency.
• Review feeder fund draft documents and underlying fund operational questionnaires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3 to 6 years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with big picture capability.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience in alternative investments fund administration and operations.
• Progress towards MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation.
