Senior Consultant in HR and Change

Location: Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad, including France. Work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support, and digital collaboration strategies.
• Support HR organization and performance management, including HR KPIs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Work on HR development topics such as recruitment, career development, and training.
• Manage projects involving HR tools and information systems implementation.
• Prepare HR studies, documents, and negotiation materials for social management activities.
• Contribute to developing consulting offerings, interpreting change management challenges, and supporting business development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in HR, change management, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented approach with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Availability for temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad.
