Consultant in HR & Change

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad may be required.

What you will do

• Support change management in customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Contribute to HR organization and performance management, including CSR and HR KPIs.
• Work on HR development topics such as recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR studies and documents, support negotiations, and contribute to internal offer development and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0.5–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Fluent or native Dutch and English are mandatory.
• Strong interest and experience in HR and change management, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
