What you will do

• Design and maintain internal developer platforms and self-service tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Drive the evolution of developer environments and CI/CD initiatives across the organization.
• Implement and operate cloud-native infrastructure, specifically focusing on Kubernetes-based environments.
• Build and maintain robust deployment pipelines and promote software delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, automation, and infrastructure engineers.
• Independently lead projects from conceptualization through to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering within SaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency in GitOps platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Programming proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and Linux administration.
• Must be able to work from the Prague office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in monorepo environments.
• Experience building developer portals or internal developer-facing tools.
• Frontend development experience with React.
