What you will do
- Coordinate and develop high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
- Work with Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders to gather and refine information.
- Manage proposal timelines, identify risks, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Maintain proposal content in internal systems and review documents for clarity, quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Track proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Build knowledge of investment products, market trends, and macroeconomic developments.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in investment management or financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience; interest in pursuing IMC or CFA qualifications.
