What you will do
- Create high-quality content in English and Chinese for social media, websites, landing pages, marketing collateral, and internal communications.
- Produce articles, social posts, videos, infographics, interviews, and thought leadership pieces tailored to different channels.
- Manage and update website content for accuracy, relevance, SEO optimisation, brand consistency, and regulatory alignment.
- Develop communication materials supporting employee engagement and organisational initiatives.
- Identify storytelling opportunities with business units, marketing teams, and subject matter experts.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, external vendors, and internal reviewers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel content creation and experience managing corporate social media and website content.
- Professional content creation in both English and Chinese is required.
- Understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, content marketing practices, SEO principles, and website content management systems.
- Strong storytelling, creative writing, editorial judgment, organisation, collaboration, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or corporate communications.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design and content creation tools.
