What you will do

• Define and maintain EDA flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities, including simulation, synthesis, and P&R.
• Manage EDA infrastructure environments such as Linux-based compute farms, distributed storage (NFS), and FlexLM license servers.
• Develop automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI for design and verification workflows.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools and releases from vendors like Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens EDA.
• Integrate AI/LLM-driven capabilities into engineering workflows for automation, debug assistance, and knowledge retrieval (RAG).
• Act as the technical interface between internal engineering teams and EDA vendors for roadmap alignment and support.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in CAD, EDA, or semiconductor infrastructure.
• Proven experience in EDA tool deployment and flow ownership within semiconductor design environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux-based compute farms and distributed storage systems.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Perl, Shell, and TCL.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO26262 or DO-254 standards.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem GPU environments for AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and DevOps toolchains.
