What you will do

• Develop and execute seminars and symposiums to increase the competitiveness of small business enterprises.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement policies for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
• Coordinate job placement and apprenticeship enrollment for "We Build" graduates on district projects.
• Monitor training program progress, trainee evaluations, and attendance records.
• Build partnerships with trade unions, community groups, and local agencies to support project participation.
• Represent the District at community events to promote contracting and career opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in community-based field work or small business workforce development.
• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for onsite work.
