What you will do

• Provide advanced production support for WMS applications, integrations, and warehouse automation platforms.
• Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLAs to minimize business disruption.
• Monitor application health and system performance to proactively address stability issues.
• Develop clean, efficient code and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Lead SDLC phases including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and release.
• Oversee third-party technology partners and ensure deliverables meet contractual quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support or software engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in production.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Git.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Drools, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks for data integration and analytics.
• Must be a US applicant.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, eCommerce, or a related field.
