What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals.
- Design and implement unique campaign strategies within the DSP.
- Provide regular reporting, strategic insights, and optimizations to meet client KPIs.
- Manage campaign setup, including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of tools and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding (RTB) or programmatic advertising (DSP, Ad Network).
- Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or self-serve DSP campaigns.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge effectively.
- Must be based in the United States, with a preference for Chicago, IL.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
