What you will do

• Architect and deliver agentic workflows for self-serve marketing content creation across blogs, landing pages, and social channels.
• Partner on CMS architecture to ensure content models support agent read/write workflows and AI-driven discovery at scale.
• Build agent reliability systems, including evaluation suites, behavioral regression testing, and feedback loops.
• Design human-in-the-loop review systems featuring proposal/commit separation, diff-based UI, and approval routing.
• Encode brand, legal, and compliance constraints as enforceable guardrails within agent workflows.
• Mentor senior engineers and set the standard for production-grade agentic engineering.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a clear track record of technical ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong instinct for designing quality and evaluation frameworks for probabilistic or generative outputs.
• Deep understanding of human-in-the-loop system design, including approval workflows and audit logging.
• Knowledge of content systems, publishing pipelines, and web infrastructure (CMS, deployment pipelines, edge delivery).
• Ability to translate non-engineering stakeholder requirements into technical agent architecture.
