What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment across receiving, processing, and packaging stages.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment data records.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and clamp trucks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the plant.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, on platforms, ladders, and stairs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to wear and properly use all required PPE.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or technical operations.
• Basic mechanical skills or experience using hand tools.
