What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for HR leaders, CFOs, and brokers to resolve complex issues at the root cause.
• Manage critical operational processes including eligibility updates, HSA funding, and payroll reconciliation.
• Lead team workflows, coach peers, and ensure performance metrics and service standards are consistently met.
• Analyze trends to drive smarter solutions and educate clients on self-service tools.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve high-level customer escalations and build lasting trust.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working with employer contacts and senior business decision makers.
• Experience in CDHP space or highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management, or healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maitland, FL.
