What you will do
- Deliver full-stack solutions from customer-facing UIs to optimized database queries.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-performance ASP.NET Core services.
- Architect secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to build intuitive user experiences.
- Define automated testing strategies and champion CI/CD and DevOps practices in Azure.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada
- Full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks in production.
- Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and deploying workloads in Azure using IaC and containerization.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional Agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare standards like DICOM, HL7, or FHIR.
- Background in security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Experience with Python, GCP, and FastAPI.
