What you will do
- Conduct research on decision-quality analysis and continuous improvement for AI Agent projects.
- Develop statistical algorithms and machine learning models using Python and SQL.
- Validate and build production applications of large language models (LLMs).
- Extract and analyze data to validate hypotheses and provide actionable implementation directions.
- Produce analytical reports and technical documentation while collaborating with the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in a STEM field (CS, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, EE).
- Python proficiency for data processing and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistics and ML fundamentals, including classification evaluation metrics.
- English reading and writing fluency is required for all documentation and code.
- Experience with LLM, Prompt Engineering, or Agent projects.
- Background in financial risk, KYC, compliance, or anti-fraud.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI coding assistants with a verification mindset.
- Proven track record of driving at least one end-to-end project to completion.
