What you will do

• Design end-to-end customer experiences for networking services including LAN/WLAN.
• Map and optimize customer journeys across the full service lifecycle.
• Create service blueprints linking customer touchpoints with backend systems like NOC, OSS/BSS, and CMDB.
• Define personas and translate business requirements into technical specifications for network topology and security.
• Embed ITIL practices into service design, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Service Design or IT service development within networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WLAN, routing, SD-WAN, and security.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks.
• Familiarity with leading networking vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or Ruckus.
• Ability to create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting telemetry, metrics, and CX data.
