Head of IT (AI Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Base salary: $209,000–$312,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Set the IT strategy and roadmap for corporate systems, employees, and contractors.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a highly technical IT organization.
• Develop business systems, productivity tools, training, and AI-based automation.
• Oversee application engineering, enterprise architecture, networking, device management, IT program management, and support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality, Security, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive IT management experience, including multisite operations, distributed teams, and vendor management.
• At least 10 years of technical experience in IT, enterprise architecture, and relevant tools and platforms.
• Experience developing innovative IT applications and integrating with security and engineering organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Google Workspace, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and/or Azure.
• Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA.
• Experience with FedRAMP and GDPR.
