What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise SaaS applications using the .NET ecosystem.
• Build backend services with C# or VB.NET and implement modern web application features.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures while optimizing database performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve productivity.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous engineering improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with C# or VB.NET and building web applications.
• Solid SQL skills including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Experience with unit and integration testing in a shift-left environment.
• English: B2+ required for effective communication.
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered development tools and basic understanding of LLMs/RAG.

Nice to have

• Experience with jQuery, WebForms, or server-rendered architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, SES) and GraphQL.
• Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted engineering workflows.
