What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation of AI and machine learning initiatives aligned with the organizational roadmap.
• Design and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and neural network models for real-world business applications.
• Develop applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and semantic search.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable AI delivery.
• Mentor AI engineers and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and documentation.
• Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying production AI and machine learning solutions.
• Proven experience leading the technical implementation of AI/ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
• Deep knowledge of neural networks, transformer architectures, and modern deep learning techniques.
• Experience building applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in NLP, document intelligence, and semantic search.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Experience deploying AI services using cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and MLOps practices.
