Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt. The role follows a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize AI models for real-time content summarization and recommendation.
• Implement advanced NLP techniques to enhance conversational UI and predictive interactions.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for intelligent response generation from dynamic content.
• Fine-tune transformer-based models like BERT and T5 using domain-specific datasets.
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to streamline model deployment.
• Maintain brand tone and content accuracy across all AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Strong practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python and data handling libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and MLOps platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure AI Search.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.

Nice to have

• Understanding of branding, tone, and UX implications in AI content.
• Experience with headless CMS and structured content datasets.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and prompt engineering best practices.
