What you will do

• Own production reliability on GCP, defining SLOs/SLIs and leading blameless postmortems.
• Build and maintain the observability stack using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively detect issues.
• Design and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to eliminate click-ops.
• Operate and scale Kubernetes and GKE workloads.
• Develop and harden CI/CD pipelines to enable safe and frequent shipping.
• Implement platform security including IAM, secrets management, and network policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and Terraform.
• Production experience running Kubernetes (GKE).
• Proven track record of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of observability practices and tooling.
• Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid work model).

Nice to have

• Experience scaling infrastructure in high-growth startup environments.
• Programming skills in Go or Python.
• Experience with Service Mesh, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), or progressive delivery.
