TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Build and maintain high-quality React Native applications.
- Architect scalable mobile solutions meeting financial security and performance standards.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs while collaborating with backend teams.
- Optimize app performance, including memory usage and UI interactions.
- Implement high-security standards such as encryption and biometrics.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional mobile development experience, with 5+ years using React Native.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern React patterns.
- Experience with secure mobile development in financial or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with state management and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile environments.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Background in fintech or banking applications.
- Familiarity with feature-driven modular architecture and feature flags.
- UI automation testing experience.
