What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality React Native applications.
• Architect scalable mobile solutions meeting financial security and performance standards.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs while collaborating with backend teams.
• Optimize app performance, including memory usage and UI interactions.
• Implement high-security standards such as encryption and biometrics.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to drive engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience, with 5+ years using React Native.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern React patterns.
• Experience with secure mobile development in financial or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with state management and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile environments.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Background in fintech or banking applications.
• Familiarity with feature-driven modular architecture and feature flags.
• UI automation testing experience.
