TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, United Kingdom). Must be based in the UK and work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Develop mobile features for Android, iOS, or cross-platform flows.
  • Create intuitive user journeys for onboarding, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted features.
  • Own the entire process from defining the product problem to shipping the mobile experience.
  • Collaborate with backend, design, product, and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.
  • Improve app quality using production feedback, analytics, and crash reports.
  • Establish and raise standards for mobile UX, reliability, and speed.

Requirements

  • Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both.
  • Proven track record of shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
  • Strong product sense, UX judgment, and meticulous attention to edge cases.
  • Ability to work across APIs, releases, debugging, and production issues.
  • Hands-on builder capable of taking full ownership without heavy guidance.
  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom and available to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
  • English: Strong communication skills required.
